Hi there! I’m Devon! Minding the Minis started out as a blog that followed my Adventures in Pet Sitting but has morphed into one about animals encounters in general. I am connected to animals in many ways (we have six cats and one dog, I befriend every animal I meet, I spend time each week volunteering at a wonderful animal sanctuary) and I love sharing my tales about these fabulous creatures with others. This is a place where I record my stories, both happy and sad, about my animal friends.
For the most part now, I write about Winslow Farm Animal Sanctuary in Norton, MA, a place that is very special to me. I have been a volunteer there since we moved to MA in 2010. And with over 200 animal friends living on the farm, there are lots of stories to share.
I am a passionate animal photographer, as well, (please check out my portfolio in the photography pages) and I shoot with a Nikon D200.
